Mental health is not linear

Being a human can be hard

At some point we may all experience feeling overwhelmed and a ‘little’ lost or maybe even a ‘lot’ lost.

Our emotional wellbeing affects all areas of our lives, what we do, what we achieve, how we interact with others and most importantly how we feel about ourselves and the world around us.

Understanding our own emotional needs is so important to knowing who we are, where we have come from and where we are going.

Busy lives and continual challenges make it difficult to maintain our emotional wellbeing. Self-reflection through therapy and the practice of self-care can help keep us on track.

Some ways we can work together...

Individual Therapy
 

I work with children, young people and adults face to face and online. You are an individual with unique needs, so your therapy will reflect that too.

Creative Therapy
 

Art and emotions are linked. If talking therapy isn’t for you (or even if it is!), then this may be just the thing for you. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art to benefit from this.

Wellbeing Workshops


 

Join in one of my group Wellbeing Workshops and let’s discover your unique wellbeing needs and put them into practice. You might find your new favourite thing.

My Approach...

I am an experienced counsellor, creative arts facilitator and overall wellbeing advocate.

Working with children, young people and adults in a variety of ways, I offer therapeutic support that is as unique as you are.

We can work together in person and online, or you could come to one of my group wellbeing workshops. If you’re not in a place to work with me directly, then there are lots of resources here for you to use so you can start your wellbeing journey straight away

Good mental health starts with giving some acknowledgment of its importance to our overall well-being. The fact that you’re here and visiting my page means you are already on your way.

Maybe you are here for yourself, maybe for someone you care about, either way I hope you find a little something of whatever it is you need today.
